Dalwood Estate Shiraz: Dalwood Estate Shiraz is from the rich red soils of the Hunter Valley. The 2021 vintage was cool with ample rain, the ripe fruit was picked in early February. Deeply coloured with red fruits and spice followed by a seamless palate with well integrated oak.

Dalwood Estate Semillon 2021: Dalwood Estate Semillon grows in sandy loam soil on the south bank of the Hunter River. The 2021 vintage was cool with ample rainfall. The fruit was picked from the 21st to 23rd of January and is fragrant with lemon pith and lime zest; the palate is pure and elegant.
